TO USE THE DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS

• You will pay the down payment due to Real Estate Training Center when you enroll in the program. Down payment consists of cost of any text book purchased, plus 1/6th of total program cost.

• You will pay the remaining amount due in 5 equal, interest-free monthly payments due on the first of each month. If you enroll between the 1st & 15th of the month, your 1st payment will be due on the 1st of the following month. If you enroll from the 16th to the end of the month, your payments will begin on the 1st of the second following month. The month in which your payments begin will be determined by the date you enroll in classes (i.e. enrolled 3/13/07 - first pmt due 4/1/07; enrolled 5/16/07 - first pmt due 7/1/07), etc.

• Deferred Payment Plan requires a non-refundable $100.00 application fee which will be included on the total cost of your Enrollment Agreement

• I understand that installments are due on or before the first of each month and once an installment is made, I understand that it is refundable only as outlined in Real Estate Training Center's Refund Policy in the Enrollment Agreement.

• Any payment not received on or before the date it is due will be subject to a $25 late fee.
